In 2005 we started renting out 2 holiday villas in the Canary Islands that are family owned and managed. We quickly realised that good quality accommodation in popular destinations that is sensibly priced is in short supply. We also decided to break from the traditional seasonal rental rate structure and select a well balanced rate for every week of the year. It just seemed fairer all round. For 2012 we've further expanded our range of self catering units to include a refurbished Welsh cottage in an area that has the highest concentration of outdoor activities and attractions in the whole of the UK - Snowdonia. Our association with that area spans 17 yrs. We have a wealth of knowledge of the region and we are more than happy to share it with you.

As a family concern we are also quite different from holiday agencies that advertise accommodation on behalf of their owners. We own all the properties both in the UK and overseas and actively manage the service delivery. The response from our guests to this direct approach has been nothing short of staggering.
